What this tool does
- Shopping overseas: enter the US size a shop lists and see the Chinese size plus a chest reference range immediately.
- You only know your usual Chinese size (say 165/84A) and want to know whether to order 40 or 42 in Europe.

Frequently asked questions
Why does this differ from a shop’s size chart?
Because the sizing standards differ. The Chinese system (165/84A) encodes height and chest, the European 36/38 is closer to a generic garment size, and every brand adjusts the standard for its cut. This chart gives common reference values — check the retailer’s own chart before ordering.
How is the chest measurement mapped?
Each letter size in the built-in chart owns a chest range (women start at 76 cm, men at 84 cm), inclusive at the lower bound and exclusive at the upper bound, with the last band inclusive. Entering a chest measurement returns the band it falls into and says so plainly when it is outside the chart.
What can I type in?
Either a letter code (XS–XXL; case and spaces do not matter) or a value in the chosen system, such as US 4-6, EU 40 or China 165/84A. Dashes are normalised, so “8 - 10” and “8-10” are equivalent.
Why do I have to pick men or women?
Because the same number means different things: EU 46 is an S in menswear and an XL in womenswear. Picking the wrong one gives a plausible but completely wrong conversion.
Is anything uploaded?
No. The chart and the conversion logic both live in the browser and the page makes no requests.
