Draw winners from a list for raffles, duty rosters or groupings. The list is de-duplicated (spaces inside names are kept), you choose how many to draw and whether replacement is allowed, and a draw never repeats a name otherwise. A seeded PRNG makes every draw replayable from the returned seed.

Frequently asked questions
Is the draw fair and verifiable?
It shuffles with Fisher-Yates (swapping from the end backwards) using a mulberry32 PRNG seeded through FNV-1a, not Math.random. Because the randomness is seed-driven, anyone with the same seed and list can reproduce exactly which names came out — easier to audit than an opaque "random".
Can one person be drawn twice?
Not by default: a draw is sampling without replacement, equivalent to shuffling and taking the first N, so the winners and the remaining list never overlap. Only with "allow repeated winners" (sampling with replacement) can a name appear twice.
How is the list separated, and are duplicates removed?
Line breaks, English and Chinese commas, semicolons and tabs all separate entries, while ordinary spaces inside a name are kept so John Smith stays one name. Duplicates are removed by default; turn off de-duplication to treat each duplicate as a separate slot.
Can I draw more names than the list holds?
No. Without replacement, asking for more than the list holds is an error instead of repeating names; enable sampling with replacement to draw more, up to a limit of 1000 draws.
